Carolle grew up in Harvard, Illinois and graduated from Harvard High School in 1995. She started her insurance career at Rahn Insurance Agency in April of 2000 as a receptionist and soon became a licensed agent. Carolle started at CPL John E. Mulligan Insurance in January 2011 when Ron retired.
In her spare time, Carolle enjoys traveling and going to concerts.
